Zinnia Dong's Fundraiser for NEMS

North East Medical Services (NEMS) is participating in Give In May, a national campaign to support organizations serving the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community during AAPI Heritage Month. Funds raised will support NEMS Employee Wellness & Appreciation programs.

NEMS is one of the largest community health centers in the United States with a special focus on caring for the medically underserved Asian population, and I am so HONORED to be apart of the NEMS team!!!  

In addition to administering over 100,000 COVID-19 vaccines, NEMS is a LEADER in demonstrating the importance of primary care in tuberculosis and hepatitis B/C prevention and elimination (woot, go Immigrant Health Team!). I am grateful that I get to work on these important projects which disproportionately impact Asians and immigrant populations.
