As a U.S Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD)-approved local housing counseling agency, ASIAN, Inc. creates, educates, and provides affordable housing in the Bay Area for low- to moderate-income families.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, ASIAN, Inc. continued to provide in-language housing assistance to support struggling renters and homeowners. As a result of our 2021 Affordable Housing Program:
65 families purchase a home in the Bay Area
317 one-on-one counseling sessions
392 affordable rental units provided in the city of San Francisco
