Leading with LEAP: Elevate AANHPI Voices

May is Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, and I am proud to support Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics (LEAP) as part of the national Give In May campaign.  

For over 40 years, LEAP has been dedicated to achieving full participation and equality for Asian and Pacific Islanders through leadership, empowerment, and policy. They develop pipelines of AANHPI leaders across the corporate, nonprofit, and higher education sectors, ensuring our communities are represented where critical decisions are made. 

I support LEAP because representation is more than just a seat at the table—it’s about having a voice once you're there. LEAP empowers AANHPI professionals to embrace their cultural identity as a superpower, turning unique perspectives into leadership strengths that break through traditional barriers. 

While our community is the fastest-growing in the nation, we remain severely underrepresented in senior leadership across corporations and government. LEAP provides the specialized training and mentorship necessary to ensure AANHPI leaders aren't just part of the workforce, but at the helm of it.
