Stacy for Iu Mien Community Services

I’ve been working with IMCS since I was a high school student in the early 2000s volunteering to organize the annual Iu Mien Student Conference for a number of years. After I finished with college, I came back as a board member and have been serving on the board of directors since 2013. Being involved in IMCS, not only provides me with a chance to help my community members, but it also brings me closer to my beloved Mien culture and community. I love meeting all our program participants and working with our amazing volunteers, partner community organizations, and sponsors. 

IMCS provides valuable services to the Mien community in the greater Sacramento Area, including our senior program, youth program, and funeral assistance, among others.
