We are Wellness Warriors, a dedicated team of clinical social workers and advocates working together to ensure our limited English proficient immigrant and low-income Asian American community has access to free-of-cost, multilingual, and culturally responsive mental health care.
Our diverse team provides individual and family counseling, leads wellness workshops, advocates for mental health access, and offers healing practices like Tai Chi. Together, they create an ecosystem of physical and mental well-being in our community, meeting people where they are to help them thrive.
But now, with drastic cuts in federal funding—$11.4 billion to be specific—the future of these vital services remain uncertain.
That’s why we need your help now more than ever.
Your support means someone gets mental health services before it's too late. It means a youth gets to talk about their identity. A parent gets tools to cope with stress and trauma. A family can get stronger together.
"After struggling with suicidality and being hospitalized, the counseling room became my safe haven—a space where I get to be my whole self and learn valuable tools to deal with my emotions."

Our staff don’t just serve the community—they are the community. They speak the languages, understand the experiences, and honor the identities of the people who walk through our doors.
Your contribution— whether it's a $5 donation, or sharing this campaign with your friends and family— can make an impact on someone’s life.
With your support, we can carry our work forward and keep this lifeline strong and steady.
