Fund Narrative Change Strategies!

Shaping public opinion and how our communities’ stories are told matter.  Stories shape ideas and feelings that in turn impact policies and vice versa. The global health crises have shown us that our communities need to be the ones telling the stories.  Our communities should be the ones creating cultural norms and practices that reject racist, sexist and misogynist rhetoric that has harmed our people.

During the pandemic, we have witnessed an increase in anti-Asian violence and state-sanctioned violence on Black and Brown communities.  We want to continue to strengthen our leaders' capacity to stay resilient and to be bold spokespeople who have the tools to shape public opinion in this political moment and in during rapid-response crises. 

Contributions will provide us with the resources to update our curriculum for a growing constituent base who can share the message and take action.  Proceeds will also support cultural strategies that build on multi-racial solidarity, empowerment and healing.
