PACE is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) community development corporation, founded in 1975 & incorporated in 1976. PACE's mission is to be a community development organization that creates economic solutions to meet the challenges of employment, education, housing, the environment & business development for low-income residents in the Pacific Asian & other diverse communities. Over the past 48 years, PACE has provided assistance to more than 1.4 MILLION low-income residents of the Los Angeles area through our broad scope of services. Annually, our staff of 300+ provides more than 35,000 low-income individuals, families & small businesses with tools & opportunities that will enable them to survive, prosper, & become economically self-sufficient.  Approximately 96% of PACE clients are Low-to-Moderate (LMI) Income & our service area spans all of Los Angeles County with a particular focus on the South Bay, South Los Angeles, Central Los Angeles & San Gabriel Valley regions. PACE is headquartered in Downtown Los Angeles & has several satellite offices throughout the county, including satellite offices in the San Gabriel Valley & Hollywood.
