National CAPACD

A nonprofit organization

Everyone deserves to live in a community where they feel safe, supported, and proud to call home—a place where families can build a future, small businesses can thrive, and culture is celebrated, not erased. But across the country, too many neighborhoods—especially those with large Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AA and NHPI) communities—are facing rising rents, displacement, and economic hardship that make it harder for people to stay rooted and stable.

At National CAPACD, we work to change that.

We’re a national network of over 160 community-based organizations working in cities and neighborhoods across the U.S. to make sure that local people have the power and resources to shape their own communities. We support trusted, grassroots groups that help families stay in their homes, grow their small businesses, find financial security, and advocate for the changes they want to see.

From housing counseling for first-time homebuyers, to financial coaching for working families, to investing in small business corridors that reflect the diversity and heritage of AA and NHPI communities—we believe that when local organizations are strong, neighborhoods become more resilient, more inclusive, and more vibrant for everyone.

Right now, many of the communities we serve are under threat—by rising costs, by displacement, and by a lack of investment. Your donation helps us provide the support, funding, and tools that local organizations need to keep their neighborhoods strong.

When you give to National CAPACD, you’re investing in real people, real places, and a future where every community can thrive.
