Chinese Community Foundation of Western New York

We are a grassroot community organization incorporated in the State of New York in October 2022. DOS ID: 6618638.

Our mission is to serve donors so they can fulfill their dreams, by establishing charitable means designed to create a persisting and positive impact on the Chinese community.

Specifically, we 

• Raise funds for long-term development of the Chinese community.
• Raise funds for charity programs of fellow community organizations and groups.
• Oversee the investment and the distribution of funds.
• Provide custodial services for the funds of fellow community organizations and groups.

We are registered with the New York Charity Bureau. NYS Reg. No. 49-88-59.

We are registered with the IRS in November 2022. EIN: 92-1047120.

We are approved by the IRS as a public charity and is tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3).
