As we celebrate our 25th anniversary this year, AAPA reflects on a remarkable journey of empowering Asian American professionals. Over a quarter-century, we’ve fostered innovation, promoted leadership, and championed inclusivity across various industries. To mark this milestone, we invite you to be part of our Give in May campaign, 25 Ways to Give in May.

At AAPA, we are committed to tackling the underrepresentation of Asian American professionals in leadership roles. Through our unique mentoring programs, specialized training in nonprofit board leadership, and inclusive networking opportunities, we aim to unlock the full potential of Asian American individuals. Our approach focuses on addressing cultural biases, breaking stereotypes, and dismantling the "bamboo ceiling."
