OUR MISSION

Through community development, Asian Americans for Equality (AAFE) advances racial, social and economic justice for Asian Americans and other systematically disadvantaged communities, guided by our experiences as Asian Americans and our commitment to civil rights.

35,000 LIVELIHOODS A YEAR

Each year, AAFE services are accessed by 35,000 individuals: that's 35,000 stories of resilience, 35,000 outcomes enhanced, and 35,000 livelihoods enriched in our pursuit of a more equitable future for our city.

We believe that in order for the communities we call home to thrive, they require equitable access to essential resources for economic mobility alongside safe, stable affordable housing. To realize this vision, our programs are centered around several core pillars of our services: social services, affordable housing development, small business services, and homeownership empowerment.
