At Prism Foundation, a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we’re opening doors for the QTAPI (Queer & Trans Asian and Pacific Islander) community in spaces where they’ve too often been unseen and unheard. 

Since our founding, we’ve mobilized over $550,000 in grants and scholarships, helping 110 students pursue their dreams and empowering 128 organizations to build stronger, more inclusive communities. These are lives changed, futures unlocked, and voices uplifted.

We are entirely volunteer run. Every dollar you give goes directly back into the community, fueling real change, not overhead. 

Now, we’re pushing even further.

This past year, we launched 2 new named scholarships dedicated to supporting marginalized nonbinary and trans individuals. We have also expanded our grant programing to uplift emerging LGBTQ+ API organizations, and introducing a new two year grant program to create deeper, sustained impact.

During Give in May 2026, our goal is to raise and rally as many donors as possible to unlock additional funding.
