National Association of Asian American Professionals Chicago

The National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) is a not-for-profit organization that cultivates and empowers Asian & Pacific Islander (API) leaders through leadership development, professional networking, and community service. As the largest and fastest-growing API professional association, NAAAP provides tools and resources to empower its members to become great leaders as well as valuable employees. In order to achieve its goals, NAAAP offers a diverse range of programs on the local and national level and engages its membership in community service as well as leadership and professional development activities. 

NAAAP connects its members to both local and national networks of active leaders, exclusive membership access and/or discounts to workshops, seminars, cultural events and community activities; as well as reciprocal membership benefits at more than 20 chapters across the United States and Canada.

Incorporated in 1987, the Chicago chapter of NAAAP is an independent, not-for-profit, 501(c)(3), leadership organization that promotes the career advancement and leadership development of Asian & Pacific Islander professionals in the greater Chicagoland area. It is the third-oldest chapter in the organization.
